Well i think I found out my problem , but I would like you if you can to confirm it. Since I am new at this I think I bought a clown. Right now I recieve all guide info on DISH even though its down but no info on BEV so I decided to just hook it up just to BEV like it was this time with the aid of my son and he thought there were a few thinggs different from his. Since i hooked it up just to BEV I still Get no guide info and now I dont even get signal picture or sound on some channels. My son also told me he recieves more channels than I do and when when we redid antenna setup I get Nimiq1,3(360.0W) and Nimiq 2(82.0W) witch is not what he gets on his box. Anyway thanks for the response before and look forward hopefully to this response
