i was wondering if any of the mod's here who have a good relationship with viewsat, would be willing to pass along an idea i have.
do you think viewsat could make an adapter for the serial port that could use a memory stick to up date the platinums and the lites and the extremes. i realize they might have to tweak the bin files to make this option available but i think it's a darn good idea!

I think its an awsome idea,seeing how my computer is upstairs & my extreme is downstairs.This would eliminate alot of hooking & unhooking the box.

Or maybe check on getting serial port to usb from comp usa radioshack ect
