This has to be the best little tool i have come across in awhile. It is simple to use...install it on your computer, then install it on family members or friends or anybody that you may help with there computer. Basically the same as remote assistance, you both connect and you can help them with there problems.

Thanks I've been using pcanywhere at work to troubleshot another computer at our other plant, I'll give this a try.
