TPs are showing but do not scan - ABA DSS

I have an nfusion phoenix.The TPs are showing i.e 12355 L on 2000 but when scanned they dont have any channels??? I tried to add them manually but I dont get anything??? does anyone know what is going on?

do you have signal quality in this TP freq? and what Sat. is this.

I use to have tese TPs few days a go, I had to reload the receiver because it was freezing too much, after I reinstalled the new Bin again, I stopped getting half the channels and there is nothing on half the TPs. I reloaded the receiver and still nothing, I changed the LNB and I gained signal overall. when I choose the TPs that I dont get channels, and there is no signal??? The satellite is 91...

Yes I have many times and did SW upgrade on line. could it be a bad file? do you know of a good file to try?

save your energy these channels and tp have gone earliar today on the pheonix and the solaris but up on the HD.i have tried everything to get them back but no luck yet.i have confirmation from alot of other users with same issue.

it is not the file here ?(153) but just out of curiousity i will load 152.3 i believe or the one prior to 153 and report back.

Does it mean that we need a HD receiver to get them ? or they can be gotten from the satellite without the HD receiver but in SD quality?

it did not make any difference in files and scan ,it must be server issue from what i see now.the solaris and pheonix are on the same server i believe and the HD is on its own server .i think we will have to wait and see what they do or say about whats going on. you are not alone on this and i believe the problem will be addressed.

I wanted to thank you all for your replies. I guess we have to wait and see if it is a server issue. I guess I will not be loading the old bin as of yet, i ll wait couple of days. thanks again

Thanks again for everyone. As I said I am new to this and this receiver I got used. I am not sure what to make of it, I now dont have anything. I reseted my received and I am only watching Galaxy 19 where all the channels are there except for one, it seems to work fine and I am content for now. Until things change I will stick with True FTA. Thank you all.
