i want to buy a satelite system to get free chanels from Europe Belgium...FTA i think its called
i have a 40 inch Tv screen 1080 but there aint no free HD chanels anyway i think....
so what i need is what system i have to buy and how to set it up im a PC wiz so i doubt its gonna take long

Welcome aboard my friend, please enjoy your stay here at ABA dss , I am really not understanding your question but if you are looking for a working system you can do some reading and that will give you all your answers, everything is iks now, there is the sonysat, satzen--cnx--k box, so there are a few out there , again just do a little reading my friend.

i don't know of any Belgium channels on any sats that you can get in the US

Yes as my friend stated the only system up and running is IKS [interent key sharing].I suggest you do some reading in our forums and become familliar with it,then you can decide which system or box is best for you.You may also just want TRUE FTA .
