CS 7000 Still Hosed - ABA DSS

CS 7000 PVR with the following software: FAC V1003 & NORW V0115. Latest keys for Dishnet (0101) dated 9-11-07 05:27p. Everything is still scrambled. Any suggestions appreciated.

Make sure your autoroll is turned on..Turn your receiver off with the remote,then turn the switch in the back off for 15 seconds-turn it back on in the back then turn it on with the remote... That is what I had to do to get mine working..Good Luck.. P.S. check your sustem info and make sure that bin 115 is loaded into your receiver... It should read CS NORM V1.15

If you loaded the new bin...the keys are not needed to be entered.
Be sure autoroll is ON.
Reboot unit from rear...power OFF wait 10 seconds...power ON wait 2-3 minutes.
(Do not disturb remote while waiting)

when you load a bin you have to wait for picture. youl see WAIT FOR PICTURE and the % will start rising . then when it stops the tv is on .
