receiver down need help

I am on a fix income and was given a veiwsac Xtreme receiver. I need to reprogram the box to make it work. If any one has a program and could help I be so happy.

her status is live support member, isnt that paid? i think it is.
if you look on the top of the page and click on forums, you can then click on viewsat and then extreme. in that section you can find the latest bin file and instructions on how to download and install it. its fairly simple.

Yes she already upgraded it after we suggested so. She'll be back to this post now,so I hope we all can help.

how ya making out sweettea?

is it starting to make sense now?

how were the guides? able to follow them ok to load the file to the receiver ok?

when its all loaded,you will need to scan for channels,after you setup your dish/lnbs/switch etc.

if you need help with these settings and how to find out what dish etc you have,let us know.

keep us posted.feel free to ask.
