The Pansat 250 sm is real good, just a few bugs that will be worked out later on. The viewsat ultra is still one of the best, Mr. Reliable. Both are quick with releases...

Re: i want to buy a new fta receiver
Here are few receivers that I like: Coolsat 6000 or 7000 PVR, Sonicview 4000, Viewsat Ultra, Visionsat IV200 PVR... I am going to get the Coolsat 6100 this week to test it out also.

You are right about it. Just be careful who you are dealing with, always buy from trusted sellers

ViewSat Ultra / SonicView4000 / CoolSat6100 are all good for the future.
I have real good feelings about this new release of CoolSat6100.
You might be very smart to wait & get one of these babies...for fast / cheap / updated (for changes ahead)
Troubles are near & a lot of units will become doorstops...don't waste your $$.
