I am currently testing a Pansat 2700 with Dish 500.Only 1 tv.I plan to upgrade to a Pansat 3500.Is it possible to set up to watch 2 tv sets on 2 different channels with only 1 reciever and 1 dish?

not with a 3500 I have 1 good receiver tho

you will need 2 receivers.
do you have a dish pro twin lnb on your dish 500?

also,the 3500 upgrade from the 2700 is very minimal.

if you want to stay with pansat,then get the 250sm for sure.

the captivworks 600s premium's are only 100 each.
2 of those and you would be happy.those are my favorite.

You can only watch one show at a time with a STB, you can connect it to several rooms, but, you will all have to watch the same channel. You can use your one dish and hook up several STB's and watch different programs...

Two outputs each.The reason I chose the 3500 is because I have 2 friends that are looking to buy recievers and planned to use 1 card to fix all 3 recievers.

i wouldn't do it buddy.they are so outdated,i cant believe they are still in production.very old slow possessors.and not features found in modern receivers.

grad a cnx mini,they are even cheaper and WAY better than a 3500 will ever be.
and they have usb loading.

it still does not compare to a cw premium as far as features.but it does have usb stick loading and more features and smoother than a 3500 for sure.
