Hi pepole ,I have the viewsat ultra,Im useing the dish 500 plus 110,118.7 & 119 .IM useing the dp 34 switch . I have lock with Satellite.Channels are locked. I even get directory of whats on. But no picture or sound. pop up says no audio& video .Im lost
