Re: Nfusion is UP!
OK, it was not me. After the upgrade, PPV, Adult and movie channels work for a while. Then back to the beginning, not working. I have upgraded 3 times and the same thing happens. Will try again later. But luckily everything else works.

There is no need to upgrade unless the bin file changes, which it has not, bin 139 still shows as latest file. The Iks feature works completely independent from the cardless fix. If you keep going off and on on the ppv and movie channels on IKS, just wait they are trying to get the IKS to work properly. Mine comes and goes, but it will be working good soon.

Re: Nfusion is UP!
since you seem to be Nfusion users could you direct me to where there is an explanation of where their server is and how it is safe to be directly hooped to them. Their receiver seems to be the best idea yet and their programmers should be the best but is there a direct legal link back to the user?

disclaimer: I am also a newbie, but trying!
jcool, do I understand you right that the IKS stays connected. And I do nothing! When Keys are available, they will update without any action from me. What about a unit too far from the route. Signal does not reach, so I normally trade the two units out when the one starts working. Thanks!

Re: Nfusion is UP!
Its probably easier to run a Cat5 cable ,to the receiver, but I heard someone mention the signal is good for 85 feet

When you are running IKS, it changes keys etc. without any action from you, If a new file is available, go to menu than to internet than to S/W upgrade than to S/W Version check. if it shows a new file here hit UPDATE and wait for it to update. You never have to move your receiver.
I have two units (nfusions) one in my test room (computer room) and the other in the family room, I am on DSL and use the netgear adapater, works great its about 50 feet from my computer. My at&t modem has 4 outputs for four different computers or fta boxes, I have all four working in 4 rooms. If your dsl modem has only one output you need a router to run the other box.
I also have set up my sons with a netgear routher and works great.
I have checked on the web site for the iks, (not personally) but it is an off shore site, with no fear for detection. I ran the Pro 1000 on IKS for over a year and had no problems. Let me know if any help is needed.
