Missing channels like 341,342.....

I have a Viewsate Extreme and Platinum. I can't get channels I want to say 334-399 to show up at all. I've tried setting them both to factory defaults and rescanning, but it hasn't worked. I get up to I want to say 333, then skip to like 401.
ANy ideas?

We all have to wait until the coders come up with a new bin file - this has affected every single make and model of FTA receiver out there.

First, the difference I noticed with this "hit" is that not all the channels went down. Only blocks of channels, namely the 300's and 500's, went down.

Second, I'm not too worried about needing a new BIN for every hit we take. I've been doing this for 8 years and there was a tme when we needed a new BIN to get back up each time.

My only real concern is how they can black out only a portion of the channels while keeping the rest of them up.

Interesting, now when I say I can't get channels 334-400, I mean I can't even select those channels; they no longer appear in the channel list. Are we talking the same problem?

Some receivers such as viewsate don`t even list the missing channels.Others,like captiveworks will show the channels as scambled.It is indeed the same problem stemming from the new ECMs.We just have to show patience and wait for the coders.They say this one is difficult but workable.Good time for shopping.Lets all appreciate the coders and let them do their thing.
