Help with CW700s....channels mixed up?
Just got a brand new CW700s & I've got everything working....I think. Anyways, scanned the 110 & 119 and getting all the channels but they are all mixed up? You know....like how all the HBO's are supose to start in the 300's.....but not in this case. They're scattered all over the place...as are all channels. Why? What can I do to fix this please? Like I said...I'm new to this Captiveworks. I've got a Coolsat already and I'm pretty familiar with that.

go in your Menu . you should have channel edit . you can change things in there to make the way you want to. Sort them how you wish.

Re: Help with CW700s....channels mixed up?
Really weird....says nothing about 'sid'....only sort by alphabet, language, satellite, or FTA...no sid. Tried them all & nothing comes close to what they're supose to be.
