vs xtreme losing signal... need info
I've been testing my vs for about 3 mo. and had absolutely no problem until last ecm hit. I'm getting great S&Q on 110 but 119 will not lock in steady signal quality. It shows about 78% signal but quality bounces from 0 to 84 and back to 0 again. Tried to tweek but nothing helps. Also changed settings from hi LNB 11250 to 11200 which brings in lower 119 channels and when I go back to 11250 I get most of the other channels. I'm seeing others having similar problems of late but I would appreciate any help that more experienced fta testers can offer.
btw also using dp pro twin... unsure if it is a switch problem or LNB.

Re: vs xtreme losing signal... need info
Check the wiring and connectors on your Desq switch, I'll put $$$ on it that is where the problem lies. But, just in case, what SAT# are you having the signal problem on, you may just have to change your Transponder Freq for that Sat.
Do both of these and report back.
