My Pansat menu doesnt work
Hello, I'm new here and I have a problem with my Pansat 2700a. It's been a week now since it's not working; sometimes says Scrumble or bad channel or no picture. BUT when I tried to use the menu it freezes, I've turned it on/off but it's the same and I've been reading some of the posts but couldn't find anything on that.
Can somebody tell me what can I do in this case? oh and the guy I bouthg it from says that he cannot repair it, dont know why
Thanks

Re: My Pansat menu doesnt work
can't remember if you have a reset on that unit. If you do, stick a pointed object like an ink pen in the reset hole and press it.If not, turn unit off with remote, then off in the back then unplug for 10 minutes. Then reverse the process. Hope that works

Re: My Pansat menu doesnt work
load the factory bin, this will resolve any issues your having, then the b-75 upgrade then load the latest bin. you will have to rescan your channels also then everything should be fine.

Re: My Pansat menu doesnt work
No it's not working, and what Coors says I'm not sure how to do it ; I'm new in this and I'm guessing how to do it. But it's only the menu button that doesnt' work the others i can touch them and are fine Not sure if the control is bad or is the box.
Thank you guys I'll keep trying and let you know

Re: My Pansat menu doesnt work
What Coors said you can do by ::
At the top left you will see ariza. Scoll down to Pansat and click on go.
This will take you to the Pansat section where you will find the factory bin, the b-75 upgrade and the newest bin. Just load them on your receiver in that order. Then scan your satellites and check your keys and you should have tv
Let us know how you come out and ask questions
