Expected Down Time?
Hello, I am a complte noob...just going to setup my equipment on wednesday. I ordered a cw600p....I completely understand this is a hobby. I have a subscription to DirectTV...so FTA is not my only way of watching TV. With this said...what is the normal downtime until new files are posted?...days ...weeks???
any insight would be helpful

Re: Expected Down Time?
Only the coders know ...
Why not make use of the downtime and read as many threads as you can. Its a great way to learn not only about your system, but other peoples experiences.

Re: Expected Down Time?
Lately down time has been minimun on some of the boxes but we can never know for sure the exact time for the fixes. With tons of information in our forum you can learn a bit more about your receiver and FTA in general. Take some time and read into it.

Re: Expected Down Time?
The downtime for the cw 600p is the shortest that is for sure, besides IKS of course. But usually the fix comes in the same day or a day later...It all depends on how severe the ecm is, and how fast the coders react to it.
