Need help please - ABA DSS

We FINALLY got our boxes from FTA PROS. They evidently send out shipping emails and generate shipping labels that day but DO NOT send that day. The PO said they DID in fact send it Priority but that it was shipped 3 days prior to our receiving them (even though it took 2 weeks to get them)...so hang in there you guys that haven't gotten yours yet.
ANYWAY...WHERE DO WE GO TO GET UPDATED KEYS ON HERE>>>> FOR IN THE FUTURE (I know they have been down ALL day).

Keys are in the key forum, but entering new keys hasn't been an option to get an stb up and running for months now.

We got the Viewsat Ultra 2000.
Yeah this stinks...we finally got the boxes and had them running this AM then BOOM...went out!!!
If anyone could help...we would be greatly appreciated...
