Re: help with channels
119w and 110w I think are the main sats for DN. I didnt put nothing in maybe thats the problem.......Im getting porn but it skips all ppvs......and when I try to enter channel number it says not a valid channel number. My zip is 45656 but I think that is the main sats. although when i go to 119w it says locking on 110w. im not sure but I think the main sat is 119w. Which sat does the ppvs come off of? Thanks for the help

Re: help with channels
i am not up on the cw 600 but they all have the same settings . go to menu then antenna setting and then you have to setup what kind of dish and lnbs you have .. so you need to knnow .. so i would say go and check bud that way you can set it up properly i will give you a example
echostar 8,10 or 6,8
lnb type -standard
22khz off
diseqc 1.0 port what ever your switch is match up
legacy sw none
transponder or tp 12224
motor off
sat or network all
now do the same for
echostar 7
but change the transponder from 12224 to
12239 and try that and play with the port if you have no signal and look for a good signal ..
so try that

Re: help with channels
go to menu-installation-antenna setting an enter these settings then do a auto scan
sat name--echostar 7 119w
transponder--12239
LNB freq--11250
LNB type---standard
22khz---auto
Diseqc number--auto
legacy switch--off
motorized system---none
found echostar 7 119w
sat name--echostar 6,8 110w
transponder--12224
LNB freq--11250
LNB type---standard
22khz---auto
Diseqc number--auto
legacy switch--off
motorized system---none
found echostar 6,8 110w

Re: help with channels
Thanks alot......One more thing, I am reading the how to program and at the end it says to factory default then set antenna settings. My question is wont that clear the bin off the receiver when you factory default?
