Another help question!
My Ultra is frozen on a channel, I have the new bin but I cannot get to th e Menu. Can anyone help, please?

Turn the power switch off and on from the back.

Try reloading the bin, maybe there is a bad byte or something, CRC, transfer error? Who knows, that would be my first step.
