just got a viewsat vs pro need some help to get it set up for the first time like what dish to point it at and programing im in socal

depends on what sats you want to get. dn 110/119, bev 82/91, true fta galaxy,etc... a dish with at least two lnbs perferably the dish 500 with a dptwin would work great. need a little more info on what your looking to get.

im not sure where to start i use to do direct tv in the past and some one turned me on to this but he dose not do it himself he pointed me in the direction to get a recever now i need some help to get started once i get it to work the first time i will play with from there

first off you need to make a decision on bev or dn or true fta .. and also what kid of dish you have what lnbs there is tons of things to consider .. ..
