no information on guide? - ABA DSS

Hello, my guide is constantly saying "no information" for all of my channels. Have a Viewsat Ultra, wondering how to fix. Thx.

Are your time settings correct in the menu system I.E. -5 hours.

EPG time length 2 hours
Time Adjustment 5 hours
& Current Time is set properly

There is a option in the menu system to update epg, see if you can find that.

Mine says same thing on SV 4000, I think DN is down again. Anyone else??

put on ch. 0200 for DN and 2218 for b3v. wait 30 sec or a minute and your guide should populate.
here is the epg info:
EPG SETTINGS
you can set your epg hours from 1-24 hours.
here is how:
go to menu, user settings, epg settings.
on the first line scroll the number to the desired hour.
press exit then yes to save.
you can also set the length of the guide, 1 hour or 2.
and you can set the number of lines on the guide from 1 to 7.
***the top line is receive guide, you can try that also.

i'm running BEV and have tried shutting down for a couple minutes and restarting and also leaving it on channel 2410 to repopulate but not working. was working fine last night, started showing "no info" this afternoon

DN is not down turkey shooter, I am watching it right now!

tried leaving it on 2218. not working yet.
my EPG setting doesn't have a line letting me adjust EPG from 1-24 hours. (maybe doesn't matter?) all others are the same as you wrote
trying receive guide also doesn't work

time adjustment in time setting menu says -5:00 (wondering if it will repopulate at 5:00)

"No Information" usually means one of 2 things.
1) Your EPG has not loaded yet, which means leave it on a channel until it populates, don't change channel until this is done. OR
2) You have duplicate channels and the other one is the one that is populated by the EPG. Sort by SID to see if you have duplicates.

Channel 239 WGN works best for populating DN.
Just did a quick REBOOT, cause mine was stuck on Autoroll. All is good.

Try going to bev sat pkg.an set to bev then channel will come up wih out the 2 in front set it on channel wih a high Q # sould come up .

tried that. channels now without first 2 and q# is at 87. still "no information" across the board
