No TNT, TBS, ESPN channels for Echo 7

Hi, could anybody help me fix why I can't get some channels on Echo 7, specifically TNT, TBS and ESPN. I am very new to this so I dont know what information you might need to have an idea on the problem. I can view some channels on Echo 7 just fine and others I can't. I can view the channels on Echo 8 perfectly. I read somewhere here that I should check my TP. they all have good signal but others have 0% quality like 12268,12326, 12355, 12384 and 12472. I also have a small switch for DiSEqC.

welcome to aba. vash, i believe your tp freq should be set at 12239 for echo.

if you still have problems post your antenna settings.
you may need to align your dish or do an autoscan.

helpful hints:
* read and understand the site rules to guide you through our many forums.
* hard reboot with the switch on back of your receiver solves many minor issues.
* before you unplug your receiver, or disconnect any connection including the switch or lnb ALWAYS REMEMBER to turn the receiver off using the switch on back of the receiver. you could burn up your switch or mess up your settings if you dont.
* post your type of receiver, your antenna settings, and explain your problem well to receive the best help.

alot of times when people are missing certain channels the dish is not always set up for the strongest signal so when they scan the weaker tp's will not be scanned to pick up the channels .. what is you signal and quality

Legacy SW None
Skew -45
TP [1] 12225 V 20.000
Positioner Setting Disable
Satellite Scan ALL

I tried to change the TP to 12239 but won't allow me to save it.

for TP 12239 Signal is 79%. Quality is 80%.
for TP 12268 signal is 79%. Quality is 0.

check and see if you tp setting for 12268 are this

12268 20000 H 5/6 make sure ,..you should have a better signal than that .. if that is good try and tweek you dish for a better signal ..

i changed the tp on the antenna setup menu to
[4] 12268 H 20.0000
signal level is 77%
quality is 0%.

il try to tweak the dish and try to get a better signal.

u said to check 12268 20000 H 5/6 make sure
what do u mean by 5/6? where can i find that?

i've tried to tweak my dish and just got a couple of percentages up.
from 77% to 79%. my problem now is i lost more channels in the process.
probably pointing at the wrong bird? i used the coordinates given by dishpointer.
changing it back to how it was originally installed which was 90 degress to the
left gave me more channels. I know patience is a key here but is there any way
to know which bird will work better? or that will give me TNT TBS and ESPN channels. Please advise. Thanks!!
