what are the odds of them catching me... - ABA DSS

please help me somebody.
I have the cv 800 pvr in my home in mexico, but recently I am moving to the united states, my cuestion is this one, if I grab my cv800pvr and put it in my new home in the usa, what are the odds of them catching me,
or even better, I need to now if they got some sort of device to catch you when you are getting their signal. or is it safe to put it in the usa.

By you posting on here your caught. My moto is don't test in your home country. For me...i'm in canada, and only test DN which is american. But with Echostar hired for security for both providers, it does not really matter. Just keep what your doing to yourself bro.

fta receivers are 100% legal to buy and own.
that said.no.a fta receiver and your dish CANNOT send out info.you can ONLY receive info.
fta receiver is just that,it receives sat signals,it cannot send any.
your lnbs/dish are also only for receiving info,nothing can be sent.
besides,you have every legal right to hang a dish and point it any where you want for the FTA channels,and of course,thats all your after.

Only true FTA is legal...once you add a third party code (bin) to break encrypted signals then you are doing something illegal...so again keep your business to yourself.
