Cw800
just got my new receiver and i wanna find out if i can use the STBtool v1.5 (is this the loader? ) of my old cs to download the bin for my new cw800?

The newest 1 is thius one:

You dont need it.. Just download the Bin to a USB flashdrive and inser iut on the back. Wait for "USB Ready" Press USb and choose the file.. Then after ownload boot the receiver.
