Hi, welcome to the site....it's the best around. You probably have to upgrade your membership in order to download the files. If you are a VIP member and still have trouble let admin know. Hope this helped. Good luck.

Have you posted any questions in the SV4000 help section yet? There is a drop down box in the left hand corner, find SonicView and go to that section. There is a help section for each of the stb and just ask your questions in the correct help section. Lots of good stuff to read and learn there. Good luck to you. Let us know what happens.

Re: Sonicview4000 Novise need help
first if you have inhstalled winrar do it again it will take over as the default then .
then go to the file that you are going to uncompress and right click on it then look and you will see extract here left click that then you will see a white file with the same name and date place your usb into the drive and and then make sure it has nothing on it .. then go back to the white file and then right click on it and the click cut then go to my computer then to the usb drive open the usb drive and in the open space tight click and click paste boom now close down to the desktop and then safley remove the usb stick
and you are ready to flash the reciever ..
