C-Band: Installing the dish

Today, I have become the proud owner of a 8 ft mesh dish... used of cause, but it "seems" to have everything I am going to need. Since I am just in the planning phases, I need to think about the location of where I want to mount the dish.

So, my question is, if I need to mount it so that I have a clear view of south? If I point to mag south and have a clear view I should cover from about 140 - 80 right?

What about pointing north... anything there? Or am I misunderstanding how the arc works?
