question on scanning?

i am using a cw 700 just hooked up my superdish i have great signal on 110,119 i tried scanning auto then blind and i am still not getting all the channels that i got with 2 dt dishes and also alot of the channels are not comming in due to weak signal any help would be great im ready to give up

how many channels are you getting?

whats your signal and Q readings?

119 -97-99 percent

110- 75

i am getting 525 i was getting 680 also i noticed that i picked up a few channels on 148w and i have no idea why

is 148 a hd sat? are you sure you are pointed to the right sat?
you could try another autoscan, might pick up a few more. try in the evening when the sports feeds are on. might get you those few extra that way.

thanks for the help , well its telling me im locked on 110 and 119 with a good signal i just tried changing the wire to make sure it wasnt a bad connection and im still missin channels and still getting weak or no signal on alot of channels that i did get, im starting to think the switch might be messed up when i had my old sats up i did not have a problem

try changing lnb type to standard

ok i got it going like i said good signal but now when i scan 110 is great all the channels working when i scan 119 the channels are there but its giving me no signal on certain channels actually about half of them, but in my installation menu it says signal is great and also as soon as i hit one of the channels the signal shoots up for a second then drops out is it possible that my dp lnb is broken?
