Hi there,
Can somone help i have a nufsion just flashed the new bin file via serial cable but now all i get is a red light on the reciever no channel numbers just a red light

Have installed the antenna settings for the birds you want and did you do a channel scan.

nothing will come up on the reciever no minue guide this all happined when i tried to up date the new bin file . is there some way to reset the unit via front pannel

have not had tv for weeks do not know the proper procedure to load the nessary files for the nfusion reciever , but have all the files down loaded and i load them via serial cable thanks any help would be great

you have to rescan the sat settings

if you can get to the menu do a factory default. if you can't then reload via null modem cable.

cannot get to the menue of reciever to due a factory reset also tried to reload the factory bin no luck

angel i d/l 148 a few days ago and at the end of the update it took about 30 seconds with just the light on display before clock appeared ,before i turned off box.Did you turn off box after d/l with just the light showing on display ?

This is a c/p from buffman a few days ago that seemed to work.

turn power "off" in the back , press and hold the channel "up" button on front , turn power "on" hold Channel button for 30 sec's , turn power "off" release channel , re-load u27 in "Main" , then Boot 1.30 in "Boot", and 1.47t in "Main

after i loaded the new bin via up loader through my serial cable th unit said new up then i switched the unit off on the back hoooked it up to the dish lef the unit on for 10 min and still only the red light cannot get to the reciever menu
do you know the proper files and procedure to load the may i am loading the files wrong

In this case load 1.48 last.

Is this your first time working with this receiver and did you ever load the boot bin 130?

i only have u 17 not u 27 were can i grt the u27 file did not see this file in the files section thanks for your help

yes the recierver was working until the ecm some thin happined when i loaded 147 t bin file
