New set for the DN change???? - ABA DSS

I know I'm getting ahead of myself just a bit but I'm homebound and want to be ready for the switch.
What exactly if will we need for the new set up if we know at this point? I have a supersish think it's a 105 have never managed to get it pointed right. I know will need a HD receiver but I keep hearing about add on card for those that are needed. Wil PC cards work?
Could someone lay out the whole thing for us when you get time.
