What dishes, lnbs, diseqcs, cables?????

Im planning on putting a satelite system and I decided to go with the Sonicview 8000 HD as I want HD support for my HDTV, this is what I was recommended on this site . Now I would like to know what kind of dishes I need? what lnbs? are there any cables better for hdtv or just normal cable wires....
I was thinking to get one oval dish that supoports 4 lnbs to get 82,91,110,119. And I alos wnt to get 121 is there a speacial dish for that, because I have 2 old dishes on my house one says dishnetwork a small one and the other a larger one probably 30 inches. I also want to get russian channels, their satelites are Express AM, Yamal, etc do I need special dishes for those???
Is there any diferences in Lnbs, exept for the output?
I just wont good quality at a resonable price

First you'll need 8psk module to upgrade your unit.
The module open the HD channels on DN.
You can get dish1000.2 and get 110,119 and 129(most hd channels from DN)

You can check if the old dish from DN is a Dish500,if yes,
You can use it to get BEV 91 and 82(hd channels from BEV,you don't need the 8psk module to watch 82).

Also if you go for a dish1000.2 it have a extra input so you can use it too with another dish and maybe get your international channels.

It looks like a card, is there going to be a slot in my reciever for it? what would you say the difficulty of installation is? and also can I use the hdmi outpu or do i have to use the ot put on the 8psk card? as it seems it's just a cable output
