viewsat 9000HD lost in boot
This newbie has spent the day looking for an answer that I have on this lost in space unit. I have been on most of the fta forums. I will become a full member at the one that helps me get this dead unit working. I must be the dumbest newbie or everone talks over my head. loader2 or loader 2.1 w2 where what how?? I loaded the new gul file ends in 19 then the unit rebooted and showed check usb then boot then check usb and would stop 'til i removed the usb flash then it stayed on boot. shut off unplug restart SAME !!! ???? HELP

if you want to load files here you need to upgrade your membership. if anyone can get you fixed up its the members and mods here.
is your stb new?
have you had it working already?
what are your antenna settings?

I removed that unit and put my other unit there and if works fine. I had the 9000hd to search but would not roll. just received unit two days ago. so it is locked in boot!!

yes it was working far enough to search loaded the gul file and it locked on reboot!!
put another unit at same loc with same disk ect worked ok

check your settings and connections, usually that is the problem area.
you may need to do a factory default if you get no results. write down your settings as they will be reset.

I must be missing something the unit is locked in boot not looking at the tv, it locked up in reboot. ???
