Repeated Channels? Please Help?

I have a Sonicview 360 Elite, and in order for me to get all channels i have to do a Blind Scan, however i get to many repeated channels, and if i do a Scan sat or Scan All it will not give me all the channels but only a few. please does anyone know the solution to this?

delete all channels and then you should get no repeats.

I have already done that more than once, and once i scan again i get all the repeated channels again.

that shouldnt be, maybe if you default or load a virgin file that will make them stay away.
