Hi everyone... do I need to pay for files to get a receiver up and running again, or are they available to anyone?

upgrade to VIP and you'll be able to view files from the server. it's very cheap and worth every penny

Ya,,you need to upgrade to VIP..lots and lots of info on about anything you need,,,and all files.. worth every penny
