Put on channel 200 or 239, pull up guide, let it stay for 5-10 minutes to populate the guide...

lately it just exits as soon as i hit update also im not getting as many channels as i should be could have something to do with the switch? I have to set 119 to 22khz and 110 not to 22khz could this be a problem too? It was fine before the switch but we got more receivers and know i dont know whats going on.

You need to be sure taht:
1. The switch and the LNBs you have are compatible. The zinwell switch would work only with dual legacy / standard LNBs having 2coax hooks each.
2. The switch is hooked up correctly. Both hooks of one LNB to the 0Khz pair and both hooks of the other LNB to the 22Khz pair.
3. The receiver settings should match the wiring: 22khz Off for the sat hooked to the 0Khz, and 22khz On for the sat hooked to the 22Khz
