360 sonic premier non responsive

i got a new 360 it loaded ok i tried to install another file may have been wrong file now all i get is a blue lite in the front of rx no digit unplug and same problem tried to force file in u56l

Well the first thing to try then is loading the factory file with the serial cable and the loader pgm, and hooking it up directly to your computer,

well i jusst have a usb stick what make of usb rs232 works with window xp i have a 12 pin input in back and a usb port i can use thank u very much

Download it copy a fresh copy to your stick and upload it to your unit.

If you look under the help section you will find how to fix a frozen 360P, by using the buttons on the front of the unit
