auto roll Vs signal Quality

Anyone knows if the quality of signal is low (25-30) has anything to do with Auto Roll?
When tuned to a channel will just say Auto Roll...
Please advise

Testing a viewsat extreme,

all channels working, but..
on 118.7 quality is only 25-30, when tuning to those channels, just says
AUTO ROLL

Yes..

Technically it should not say auto roll, or the quality needs to be above 40 to get the channel off auto roll?

Normally with quality that low, auto roll is all you will get. Was it good before?

Thanks, I was under the impression that if the channel scanned, should work.
I will have to work on getting the signal a bit higher.

Have a 34" dish
Pointed at Amc/4 101 w

That is why I have a hard time with 118.7
119 is coming at 60 quality

Anything i can do to modify Dish? (add a piece of sheet metal)??
