I need some help
Hi all its me the newbie lol. Got another question? I get my guide my signal but no quality and no picture, whats going on? I have a viewsat ultra. Is there a fix that I need to get?

Signal is the STB reading the LNB. Quality is the LNB reading the Satellite. No quality means that your dish has moved or LNB has possibly gone bad. Also, if you are using a diseq switch, they are bad to go out. I would check this first. Also, try a hard reboot with the back toggle switch. The STB may just need resetting...

jc tysvm I turned the box on and off and it came back on it was stuck I guess! ty for the input. good info just incase it happens again.

Sorry didn't get back quicker, grabbing some breakfast. Yea, when you do a hard reboot, leave it off for maybe count of 20 before you turn back on. This only resets the box, doesn't do anything to your sats, bin file, or anything like that. I recommend doing a hard reboot every few days whether you are having any issues or not...
