Re: Auto roll problem(moved by cdo)
DN may be morphing keys again. Try putting keys in manually. When tv comes on, turn off ar, if they are morphing keys the "ar off" will stop the fake keys from fooling you stb, only real key role will stop the stb. If its not a morphing key issue ?????????????

Re: Auto roll problem(moved by cdo)
I just tripped across this thread, and I have to say, its a bit confusing ...
So in an attempt to bring some clarity to it, here is my take on it:
1) From the looks of things, this may have started life as a Hijack ... and it was then moved from its original location in the Viewsat Ultra Lite area, to the VS 7000 PVR area, although, while that is not 100% known, it is very likely the case.
2) The original poster, did not indicate what Make and Model of receiver they had, so one (ALL reading) would have to assume that since the post was in the VS Ultra Light area, they had an VS Ultra Lite unit (makes sense to me) ...
3) However, since the original poster (Satman.KY) posted the original question in the wrong area, and failed to indicate what unit they had, they were offered VU Ultra Lite info (no shock there) - I mean what else was there to go on?
4) Only later, did it become clear that the poster (Satman.KY) had a VS7000PVR unit (see post # 7 in this thread).
All of this confusion could have been avoided, if we knew exactly which unit the user had wished to have help with right away, see:
http://www.abadss.com/forum/99-gener...-help-you.html
Thanks to all that helped ... did you get your unit up Satman.KY?
Let us know ...

Re: Auto roll problem(moved by cdo)
1) Does the unit have power?
2) Is there any thing on the fron display when the power is on?

Re: Autoroll Won't Stop
this auto roll thing is getting really old. It sucks. Have to go channel 200 at least a couple times a day and losing a whole lot of channels.
