VS 7000 119 transponder edit ?
I need to know how to delete the first transponder for my 7000 in the echo 7 settings. The very first one always reads zero qaulity, hell I even forgot how to navigate over to it, been messing around with it alot and no luck.Sometimes ya just gotta walk away, or things can get broke. Thanks, and I hope I worded this right.I really dont wanna look at it again for awhile, stb that is.

Re: VS 7000 119 transponder edit ?
I get all channels (even with the faulty reading ) on 119, but to use the VS 7000 to tune in a dish with 119 reading falsely, can really frustrate a guy. We need to figure out how to delete it.

There is no reason to delete it. You only need to look at the individual transponders when checking signal strength. If you delete it and they add channels to that transponder then you won't be able to get the channels.

Re: VS 7000 119 transponder edit ?
Yes, I see what your saying, but the thing is I have deleted the faulty transponder out of the VS Ultra and Platinum on 119 echo 7 and still never missed a channel. So in my opinion I really dont think were gonna be missing much, if anything. If anything right now they'll be taking/dropping, channels away, instead of adding them.So lets get back on track with my original thought if you dont mind. Im sure alot of VS 7000 owners would LOVE to see their 119 echo 7 read out right, and with a good qaulity!!! Just my thoughts dont take it personal.

Re: VS 7000 119 transponder edit ?
Although it does not hurt to delete it, you do not gain a thing by deleting it as currently there are no channels on it. Just leaving it in there does not mess up any channel editing or other functions either. It is just the so much junk we store up in the attic although we dont use it for years. If it does not hurt, just leave it alone. LOL!!!!

Re: VS 7000 119 transponder edit ?
All Im saying is that we/I would love it, if I could use this stb for a sat tuner. This is all that i am trying to accomplish with my thread. In adition to this , if there isnt any channels on it, then its all the more reason to at least use it for a sat tuner/tweaker.Especially if its all ya got 2 tune a dish. Thanks and no disrespect intended. Just hope, this thread and its efforts on my behalf, are'nt a complete waste of effort in the FTA community.
