EPG Troubles

Hello Everyone

The last two times I have loaded the new bin, I have lost my EPG. It shows the guide for the current time only, but will not go further ahead than an hour or so. I have tried to go to the setting menu and updating the guide but it says "guide information not found". Can anyone help me out?

first make sure your clock time is set properly.....select channel 2410(or 410) for BEV.....wait 2-3 mins......select channel 200 for DN......wait 2-3 mins.....your guide should start filling in now

Hi. I have question. I just realized that some of the channels on EPG still display "No Information" for few days now although there is a program running. I just do not know what I am watching.
Do you know what cause this?
