Yesterday I could not get any audio or Video but the guide was displayed and it was correct as to time and date, however, I had an error showing up when trying to put in the fix, on a FTA Forum they said sometimes you have to clear everything out and go back to the Factory Default settings which I did, this eliminated the "ERROR", and I put in Viewsat 7000 SAT. File then the fix and it proceeded to put in 100% of the FIX, everything looking good at this point. However, the display window on the front of the Receiver showed "NO Channels" and when I pressed the remote for the GUIDE it did not show any scheduling but a date of January 1, 2005, and now the view window on the front of the receiver shows noCH.
I am hoping you can look at these symptoms as a Doctor and tell me what I steps I need to take to cure my problem.
