I have A pansat 9200HD and 2 18” B*V dishes connected to the Pansat switch I received with the system. I am not receiving any channels on either dish all I get is the 'Scrambled or bad channel' information. Both sats have good signal and quality. When I do a scan, all I seem to get are b*v channels for both. I have tried resetting the system to the factory default with no luck. I have installed the bin that came out the 19th. I have double-checked the alignment of both sats also. This is getting really frustrating

So what settings do I need to receive from both sats. One post said something about having the switch on, how??
