Anyone using Logitech Remote?
I am wondering if and/or how well Logitech harmony remotes work with Nfusion and Kbox receivers, I thought that I have heard in the past that some members were using these remotes. Thanks

Re: Anyone using Logitech Remote?
They work perfect for nfusion ( all functions) and almost all other stb's. In the set up there is a list of set top boxes that is quite amazing.
Not sure about kbox but i bet its there to.

Re: Anyone using Logitech Remote?
I have a harmony one, after using it for 3 years I think I would be lost without it.
Kbox is in the list, but if a device is not there you can have it "learn IR" so it will control pretty much any device you have, it will control the PS3 (bluetooth) now with an adapter.
It is the best remote you could ever have and well worth the money.

Re: Anyone using Logitech Remote?
plug remote in, go to the kbox device on the activity page, double click will bring you to device options. click on "troubleshoot", go to the setting that states " Kbox responds to some commands either too many times or only occasionally" click next... adjust the setting to "1" it's probably on 3 and that should take care of the double channel problem

I agree bro. I just set mine up and you can program it to (one button) turn everything on. All functions work once programmed...It takes a bit of time but this thing is the cats a$$ !!
3 remotes in a drawer and now i have spare batteries.

Re: Anyone using Logitech Remote?
The Harmony will allow full functionality from the original remote, so you dont have to worry.
Like Beef said, you can setup "activities" it will turn everything on at once. You can adjust what devices get powered up first, you can adjust the delays and timing for your devices, you can reorder the buttons in the touch screen so the most important ones (power toggle, input.. ect) appear where you want them..... The possibilties are endless and it can be set for your needs....
I have it setup to control:
Samsung HD TV
SV 8000HD
Sony Home theater
Nfusion Nova--> Nfusion HD tomorrow
Sirius Sat Radio
And even my christmas lights in the winter.....lmao
This remote is the best, I strongly urge anyone to buy one.
Your right beef, never change batteries again...lol
