DP PLus Setup & Explain

i have dpp. i,ve hooked up dp dual on 91 on another dish running thru dpp. after about an hour or so i loose signal on all. if i disconnect 91 at dpp it goes back to working fine. 91 is running thru about 5 feet of cable. what could the problem be??

How about this situation - where you have a dpplus lnb that is sending 110 & 119 to an SV4000. That working.

But when try to send another different dish to the SV4000 -to add ch 92, either with direct connection to the sv4000, or thru the lnb input on the dpplus, get good strength, but no quality. tried it with dpplus, dual lnb and with a single lnb. no success with any.

Any ideas?? used the setting people have suggested... didnt work.

do u have the dish pointing at 92. what 2nd dish do u have and lnb type also what are ur settings.

Can somebody explain to me, why my coolsat 5000 platinum and viewsat ultra v2 is reading my dish network 1000.2 as a dish network 500? whatever setting and switch i use I can only get 110& 119. but not 129.

The 129 that where Dn has all his HD channels. with the coolsat 5k you wont be able to get them.

What about the Viewsat Ultra, it's one of the latest, shouldn't I be able to get 129.
p.s. after i select 110 on commited 2, 119 on commited 1. when i try to put 129 on commited 3 or even 4 i got no signal strengh whatsoever. the receiver are reading it as dish 500, not 1000.2
