With the single LNB, you will get only one Sat either 110 or 119

I hvae a Dish 500 with a twin LNB, and would like to connect more than 2 receivers. Is there a different LNB that works with the 500 that lets me use a multi switch to connect at least 4 receivers? Or, will i need to replace the dish also?

You have two options. The first option is to continue using your existing LNB and simply connect it to a DP34 switch which will support up to four receivers. The DP34 can also be cascaded (daisy-chained) to up to two additional DP34 switches to support a maximum of twelve receivers. However, there are power issues with most FTA receivers with DP34's: they don't output enough juice to adequately power the DP34. The second option is to replace your DP Twin LNB with a DP Quad. The DP Quad will support a maximum of four receivers.
