can not unscram 91 or 82 since hit. help pleez - ABA DSS

Was picking up sat 91 and 82 before previous hit. now can not unscramble. dn works fine. tried rebooting. unhook sat. took off 4 in 1 switch still not working. by the way stb is cw600p. thanks any help would be appreciated.

next time please post this question in the cw600 help section. Double check settings and make sure your pulling in the correct signal. Try and check keys manually see if they rolled (im asuming you have auto roll on)

sorry about the incorrect post place. autoroll is on. checked keys but they are not coming up for 91 or 82. could 4 in 1 switch be a problem. thanks z52vette

what do you mean the keys are not coming up? is it just zero or blank? can you input them manually? have you tried to do a factory reset on your box. And yes it can be the switch but if you already tried running it without i doubt that thats the problem.

when the keys are up i can page down on my remote and see the key. when i do it on 91 or 82 key comes up showing blank. never put keys in manually. guess need to learn how.

sorry it took me a long time to get back to you. If there are no keys there then thats your problem. Do a factory reset and reload latest bin see if that puts them in. If not your gonna have do it yourself.
