recommendation
I have a D@shpro 500 quad and it picks up 110/119. I would like to add 129 for HD. What would you suggest. I would like something along the lines of the dp quad. I don't want to use any switches. Just a direct connect. No discq.

Re: recommendation
If you want to use no switches and get 3 birds, then it's best to get one DP Plus and one DP Dual LNB. The DP Plus can one Input port (for additional DP LNB) and 2 output ports(for 2 receivers).

Re: recommendation
How would you connect the single? Is there somewhere on the DP plus to connect the duel.

Re: recommendation
Or you can go with a dtv three lnb epi dish and get 110,119,129 all on one dish or a 1000.1 dish or 1000.2

Re: recommendation
Thanks Guys! I think the 1000.2 is the way to go as long as I don't have to add a switch. Is this correct?

Re: recommendation
Actually Vtos has the best idea. The DTV Phase III elliptical dish is extremely difficult to use and you will be lucky to get 1 good sat much less 3.

The beauty of the Plus is you can run your single to the single port on the Plus and have only one wire going to the receiver

Re: recommendation
I was trying to run a second DP quads to get that third bird on my Neosat. I could not get the two quads to coexist with each other. Got rid of one of the quads and replaced it with a Dp plus. Worked excellent. Ran the one cable from my Dp quad to the input of the Dp plus then to my STB. Worked like a charm for that third bird.
