Lost channels with DPP44
So I have read around and not had much luck except for one post on a forum saying to expect to loose channels when going from a Diseq to a DPP44.
My setup is a 18x24 dish with 4 LNBs hitting 91, 110, 119, 129 (i dont have a HD box just hitting 129 for when i get one) With the Diseq i get around 1100 total channels, after hooking up the DPP44 i get around 500 channels, all without changing any settings.
My question is are there some settings that i should be changing or is this just a limitation of the DPP44 and should be expected.
Thanks

Re: Lost channels with DPP44
Hey Shorty, ole jc knows his stuff so follow is lead. Chances are it is a settings issue. You should not loose channels like that.
Good luck

Re: Lost channels with DPP44
Its not compatible if you are not using the DN LNB(dish pro). Because the DPP44 is for dish pro only.BTW to ABA.

Hey guys just an update, got some DishPro LNBs in today, worked around the mounting issues, got them up and now all the channels are coming through as they should, thanks to all that helped out .
