Re: superdish problems with pansat 3500sd
We are going to try to by pass the dp 34 with a pansat disecq,he has the power off to the unit and is switching over the switch as we type,he really has no need for 105* anyhow. We just want to get 110-119,I had his box at my house over the weekend and had it running great, but when we hook it up over there it works fine for about 1 minute then goes to no signal.

Re: superdish problems with pansat 3500sd
is this a new setup? it could be a power problem. The box might not have enough juice for the switch and the lnbs

Re: superdish problems with pansat 3500sd
He had this set-up for a while now,it started giving him problems about a week or 2 ago,you might be right on the juice man, maybe let him hook up another dp ird to the outputs of the dp 34 and see what happens.I'll give him a call and let him know.

Re: superdish problems with pansat 3500sd
OK we switched out the dp34 and fixed the 1 minute on only issue, now we are not getting all the channels,it is mixed on 110-119 also, some come in,some don't,at first I thought it was on the wrong diseqc # but that wasn't it either, this one has got me stumped, ****.The only other thing I know to do would be to switch out the dishes,I have an 500 I could give him, with dp plus lnb, that may work,as we are only shooting for 110-119 anyhow,we could still use the diseqc switch too,or for that matter the dp34 also. This is getting fun,I still can't help but wonder if we go back to the dp 34 and hook up a dp IRD for power that may do it jay jay,I will let him try this before we start switching dishes around,I am going over there tomorrow to figure it out with him,I'll keep you all posted.THANK YOU FELLAS!!!!
