i'm pretty sure that it means that the lnb does not come with it but all that you have listed will work for you

Depending upon where you intend to place the dish that may well dictate how it has to be mounted. The motor likes a 50mm pole I believe (but dont quote me) I'm going from memory at the moment.
Where had you planned on placing it?
Any answer that is not 'in the yard' is great  i.e. on an outside wall, on the roof, on a post?

was a thought on a tripod lol  . but not quite sure yet maybe next to my exsisting dish net dishes on roof. thanks

The motor and your choice of LNB will provide a great deal of options. That set up will suit your application just fine.
